Assembled together under the theme ¡°So I send you¡± at the Billy Graham Center, Wheaton College, Illinois, U.S.A. July 25-30, 1988, and as the Korean Church in North America celebrates the 85th anniversary of Korean immigration to the United States, more than 1,400 delegates are participating in a week-long missionary conference.
The delegates include mission leaders from the Church in Korea, 160 Korean missionaries serving on six continents, ministers and lay leaders in North America, and the young, future mission leaders of tomorrow.
We are deeply grateful to God for His mercy and blessings, and we give glory and honor to Him for what He has accomplished through this conference.
We, the delegates, declare the following:

We reaffirm the missionary mandate of world evangelization given to the Korean Church, and we are committed to carry out the Great Commission of our Lord in more powerful and effective way by uniting and mobilizing our dispersed resources and wisdom.
We firmly believe that world evangelization can be accomplished only by the proclamation of the Gospel of Salvation in God¡¯s love, the grace of Jesus Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We recognize that in order to carry out our task we must work together in a more cooperative manner for mobilizing the resources of the Korean church in a spirit of self-identity and partnership.
We reaffirm that partnership between laity and clergy is essential to respond to the divine calling of world evangelization and the effective accomplishment of our task.
We are committed to cooperate with all evangelical mission organizations in the task of world evangelization.
We declare that the Korean World Mission Conference will take place every four years.
