J. Christy Wilson Jr. is the Professor of World Evangelization at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts, where he has also been Dean of the Chapel. He graduated from Princeton receiving his B.A., then to Princeton's seminary to obtain his M. Div. and finally to the University of Edinburgh in Scotland where he received his Ph.D. in Oriental Studies, specializing in Islamics. Before becoming a professor, Dr. Wilson was a teacher in Teheran, Afghanistan. He has written several books,
among them are: Today's Tentmakers - Self-Support: An Alternative Model for Worldwide Witness, Afghanistan: The Forbidden Harvest, and Bringing Christ to all the World.
