리차드 윈첼  Richard Winchell

리처드 윈첼 박사는 1975년부터 TEAM의 제너럴 디렉터로 사역해 오고 있다. TEAM은 북미주에 있는 가장 큰 해외선교단체 중 하나로 교회들로 하여금 선교사들을 파송하고 재생산하는 현지교회를 세울 수 있도록 돕고 있다. 윈첼 박사는 IFMA(초교파해외선교협회)의 신탁이사회 회장으로도 사역하며 북미 전지역에 걸쳐 여러 교회, 신학교, 컨퍼런스에서 강사로 활약하고 있다.
Richard Winchell has served as General Director of TEAM since 1975. 1EAM is one of the larger foreign mission agencies based in North America. TEAM's purpose is to help churches sent missionaries to plant reproducing churches in other nations. Dr. Winchell also works as President of the board of trustees of the Interdenominational Foreign Mission Association and as a speaker in churches, Bible schools and seminaries, and conferences throughout North America.
